Our culinary cultural tour will introduce you to the flavors of local traditions of Saint-Martin.

You will be guided through the streets of Marigot by your Friend, Laurina.

She will introduce you to carefully selected places, such as the market and traditional restaurants, where you can taste a variety of delicious local dishes.

Beyond the tastings, our walk will allow you to immerse yourself in the history and culture of Marigot, through fascinating anecdotes on the origin of the dishes, the culinary traditions and the influence of the different cultures in our local cuisine.

You will also have the opportunity to meet local producers, fishermen and restorers who will share their knowledge and their passion with you.

    We start the tour with a traditional St.Martin breakfast! While tasting, we will tell you all about the story behind each cultural ingredients. Why do we eat johnny cakes ? Where does it come from ? Why do we eat saltfish for breakfast in Saint-Martin ? What is bush tea? Learn more about the Hodge family also that has created such an institution for the community over the years.

Immerse yourself in the colorful sights, sounds, and flavors of this bustling market, where sustainability and supporting local communities take center stage.
