Meeting and pickup
- We offer pick-up from the following areas: Centro Histórico de la CDMX (center), Zona Rosa, Condesa, Polanco and La Roma. If your hotel or address is outside these areas, we will provide you with a nearby meeting point.
- The pick-up time, as well as the driver’s name and vehicle type, will be confirmed one day before your visit. Please be sure to enter your mobile number (including the international code) in order for us to send you this information.

4:30am- 5:00am - We will pick you up at your hotel in Mexico City and transfer to the Teotihuacan ballonport The Angel of Independence will be the meeting point for travelers who do not provide an address, or are far from the pick-up area

This is our balloon port, here we will record your visit to the land of the gods, you will have a stop for coffee and cookies in which we inflate your balloon in this process we will take many photos! and then we will live the magic of being in the air

- If you wish to complete the experience or skip any stops, you will assume that the return is by your own means to Mexico City or subsequent activities
- You should know that the flight in balloon depends on the weather conditions therefore the direction will depend on the wind, so we can not guarantee flying over the pyramids
