Moringa and Cauliflower Soup
A rich, creamy soup of fresh moringa leaves, cauliflower, taro root, coconut cream, rosemary and mustard seeds.
Dapur Sate Stick
Crispy grated taro mixed with Balinese spices wrapped around a lemongrass stick. Served with papaya sambal and tamarind chutney.
Usada Kitchari
Made with heritage rice, split yellow mung beans, cauliflower, moringa, pumpkin, toasted sesame, and fermented vegetables.

The Jamu Class is held at the first floor of Dapur Usada restaurant on Jl. Sugriwa 4 in central Ubud. Bike parking is available. Note that car parking is only available at the south end of Sugriwa street, a 12 minute walk from the restaurant. Car drop off is available.
