Policy:
This is a car rental service, only the car and basic insurance are included.
“Full to Full” fuel policy means the car will be given to you with a full tank, and you must return it with a full tank. If the tank is not full upon return, refueling charges will apply.
Collision Damage Waiver and Third Party Liability is included.

Important to know:
Drive within Japanese laws and speed limits. No drifting, street racing, circuits, or reckless driving. Only registered drivers may operate the vehicle. A security deposit may apply depending on the car. Late returns can incur fees — plan for traffic.

Document checklist (originals only):
• Passport
• Valid home-country driver’s license
• Either a 1949 Geneva-format International Driving Permit or an approved Japanese translation for eligible countries (e.g., France, Belgium, Monaco, Switzerland, Germany, Taiwan). We will verify at pickup. If documents are incomplete/invalid, the rental cannot proceed, and standard cancellation terms apply.
