What's Included
Meeting and pickup
The driver and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby or a central meeting point (within a 3–5 km radius) between 14h:15 – 14:45 AM.
Please be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to ensure an on-time departure.
If your accommodation is outside the central area, we can assist in arranging a convenient meeting point or door-to-door pickup service (additional charge applies).
If you are not staying at a hotel or are traveling from hotels located farther away, please arrive at our office at 70 Nui Ngoc Street, Cat Ba Town, Hai Phong, or at the Cai Beo Harbor area.

14:00 – 14:30: Pick-up from hotels in Cat Ba Town, transfer to Cai Beo Pier. 14:30 – 14:45: Board the D’Charme Luxury Cruise, cruise past the traditional Cai Beo Floating Village. 14:45 – 15:15: Enjoy panoramic views of Lan Ha Bay’s limestone formations as you sail deeper into the bay. 15:15 – 16:00: Go kayaking through calm waters and explore caves and lagoons. 16:00 – 17:00: Swim, relax in the 4-season jacuzzi, or enjoy the onboard water slide. 17:00 – 17:30: Enjoy a sunset tea party with tea, seasonal fruit, light snacks, and soft music. 17:30: Return to the pier and transfer back to your hotel.
