Pickup details:

The driver and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby or a meeting point in Ha Giang City (within a 3–5 km radius) between 8:00 – 8:30 AM. The tour guide will contact you in advance to confirm the exact pickup time.

If your accommodation is outside Ha Giang, please make your own way to our office at QT Guest House before 8:30 AM.
If you would like us to arrange a car to pick you up there, an additional charge will apply.

We can also arrange bus transfers from Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Cat Ba Island, or Sapa one day prior to the tour. This service requires an extra support fee depending on your departure point—please let us know in advance if you need this option.

    Night Transfer for Customers from Other Destinations: Guests traveling from Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Cat Ba, or Sapa to Ha Giang will take an overnight bus and arrive around 3:00 AM. Upon arrival, you can rest at QT Guest House before the tour begins.
