2 hours 30 minutes (approximately)

Do you love pasta, pesto and tiramisù?

This class is the perfect opportunity to learn how to make our local handmade pasta (Trofie), its traditional condiment (Pesto Genovese), and the creamy tiramisù, prepared following my experience, the traditional technique, and my grandmother’s original recipe.
The experience takes place in my private 16th‑century home in Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre), located in the heart of the village. My dog Ettore and I will welcome you with a glass of prosecco before the class begins.
After a few steps inside the building, you’ll reach the roof terrace on the third floor, where you can enjoy a stunning view over the village and the sea. The iconic colorful tower‑houses, built along the steep hillside, offer a unique and picturesque panorama—especially when admired from above or from the water.
