    Xianggong Mountain

    At 09:00am, our guide will sign your name and meet you at Your Guilin or Yangshuo hotel then transfer to Yangshuo Xianggong hill. The Xianggong Mountain in the beginning, was merely an obscure small karst hill on the west bank of Li River in Yangshuo County of Guilin. A few years ago, a local photographer took some pictures on the top of this mountain and won the bronze prize in an international photography contest, making Xianggong Mountain famous overnight. From then on, it became a popular tourist destination beloved by enthusiastic photographers.

    Yulong River

    After the Xianggong hill, we will trasnfer to the Yangshuo Yulong river and take the bamboo boat from there. The Yulong River, with its dramatic karst landscape, silky water, and ancient bridges, is a great place for bamboo rafting. Known as 'the Little Li River', it’s a tributary of the Li.

    West Street

    After the bamboo boat, we can have a lunch at The West Street area. This is the oldest street in Yangshuo with a history of more than 1,400 years. Situated at the center of Yangshuo County, the street has become, since the 1980's, a window of eastern and western culture and the biggest 'foreign language center' in China. It is the most prosperous district in Yangshuo, and, each year, approximately 100,000 foreigners come here on their travels or to attend advanced studies. Visitors are attracted to West Street by its unique mix of cultures.

    Impression Sanjie Liu

    At 18:40pm, our guide will meet you at the West street area then head to the Impression Sanjie Liu Light show, you should eat the dinner before the show due to after the show, our driver will directly takes you back to the hotel and of course, we will help you to book the show tickets. Different from other shows in an enclosed space, the show - Impression of Liu Sanjie stages in the actual Li River which stretches 2 km (1.25 miles). The mist, moonlight, together with 12 Karsts peaks and their inverted reflections in the river all creates a spectacular natural backdrop. The large-scaled lights system, special smoke-effect system and the overwhelming sound system in harmony with the natural landscape presents a visual feast to audients.

    Guilin--Longji Rice Terrace. O/N Ping'an or Dazhai village.

    Reed Flute Cave (Ludi Yan)

    At 09:00am, our guide will meet you at your hotel lobby and you should check out and bring all your luggage in the car. First, we will visit the Guilin Reed Flute Cave. The Reed Flute Cave, also known as "the Palace of Natural Arts” is a landmark and tourist attraction in Guilin. It is a natural limestone cave with multicolored lighting and has been one of Guilin's most interesting attractions for over 1200 years. It is over 180 million years old.

    Longji Rice Terraces

    Next, will transfer to the Longji Rice Terraces area and need 2hrs driving from Guilin. The Longji Rice Terraces, literally Dragon’s Backbone Rice Terraces, gains its name because the rice terraces resemble a dragon’s scales and the mountain range looks like the backbone of a dragon. It is reputed as one of the most beautiful rice terraces in the world. It is located in Longsheng County, about 80 kilometers (50 miles) from Guilin and 140 kilometers (90 miles) from Yangshuo. The construction of incredible Longji Rice Terraces started in the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368) and lasted till the early Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). Now, the Dragon's Backbone Rice Terraces covers an area of 66 square kilometers (about 16,308 acres) and spans an altitude between 300 meters (about 984 feet) and 1,100 meters (about 3,608 feet). Among them, two main and representative viewing areas are the Ping’an Zhuang Village Terraced Fields and the Jinkeng Terraced Fields where Zhuang and Yao Minority people have been living respectively for hundreds of years. In addition to appreciate the rice terraces, visitors can learn some unique customs in Longsheng rice terraces scenic area.

    Longji--Chengyang Dong village--Zhaoxing Dong village. O/N LiPing Zhaoxing village.

    Chengyang Wind and Rain Bridge

    Our guide will meet you at 9am of your hotel then need 2hrs driving to Chengyang Dong village. After the purchase the entrance tickets, our driver will takes us to the car parking which is near the Chengyang Wind and Rain bridge and we need to walk through the bridge into the villages. The Chengyang Wind and Rain Bridge, also called Yongji Bridge or Panlong Bridge, spans the Linxi River of Sanjiang County. Built in 1916, it is 64.4 meters (73.43 yards) long, 3.4 metes (3.72 yards) wide and 10.6 meters (34.78 feet) high. Constructed with wood and stones, its surface is paved with wooden boards and both sides are inlayed with railings. On the bridge itself, there are five tower-like kiosks with 'horns' and eaves which resemble the flapping wings of birds.

    Chengyang Bridge Scenic Resort

    After pass the Chengyang bridge, you will go into the Chengyang village. Chengyang Dong Villages The ChengYang Dong village is located in the northern part of SanJiang County, bordering Guizhou to the northwest and Hunan to the northeast. Hengyang Village is made up of 8 small villages. You will enjoy many Wind and Rain Bridges, Drum-Towers, traditional wooden houses, rice fields, bamboo water wheels, villager dance and song performance during your visit here, you may also go and see the traditional Dong homes and carpenter’s family, savor local dishes, and learn about the ancient customs of the Dong people as well.

    Zhaoxing DongZhai

    When we finished the visit of Chengyang village, we will driving to Liping Zhaoxing Dong village(Guizhou province) and need 1.5hrs driving via the highway. The Zhaoxing Dong Village, located in Liping County, southeast of Guizhou Province, is one of the largest Dong Villages in Qiandongnan area in Guizhou. Walking into Zhaoxing Dong Village, one will feel as though the clock is being turned back. All the buildings in the village are wooden-stilt houses. This is a picturesque village noted for the beautiful natural sights and unique ethnic flavor. It is surrounded by verdant mountains with a crystal stream running through.

    Zhaoxing--Basha--Congjiang--Kaili. O/N Kali.

    At 08:30am, our guide will meet you at Zhaoxing hotel and transfer to the Congjiang Basha miao village and need one hour driving. Basha is a very special and old Miao Ethnic village and is virtually untouched in any way by modernization. Basha residents still live in their wooden houses, practice centuries-old customs and have their own unique beliefs. The village is perched on a hill, 5 kilometers from Congjiang. Legends say that Basha's ancestors immigrated from heartland China to this isolated mountainous region over 2,000 years ago.

    After that, we will transfer to Yintan Dong village. This village was similar village as Xiaohuang village. The Yintan Dong village, about twenty kilometers away from Congjiang, is one of the most representative Dong villages in Guizhou for its Dong buildings and daily life of this minority. Although the houses are fairly recent (50-100 years ago ), the rules for the Dong buildings have been met. Taking a good look at the natural environment of the village, the houses, the drum towers, the pavilions, they are competely different from the ones in West! The drum tower of the village soars to 21 feet high in the center of the village. Wherever one is, one can not miss the center f Yintan. Travelers have the feeling of being immersed in time amidst extremely well preserved buildings.

    Kaili--Guiyang. O/N Guiyang

    Miao Village

    Before driving to Guiyang, we will visit the Lanhua and Jidao and Langde Miao villages due to those villages just nearby the Kaili and need one hour driving from the Kaili city center. The Langde village is 30 km away from Kaili. Surrounded by green mountains,Langde Village is situated beside a crystal-clear stream. You have to drink "block-the-way" wine when you arrive (a local custom for welcoming the guests). Twelve tables are placed in the middle of the path from the highroad to the gate of the village. Then visit the traditional Miao-style stilt houses enjoy sweet Miao folk songs. After that,you could have a free walk on the roads and courtyards in the village paved with cobbles or bluestone.

    After the Kaili Miao villages, we will transfer to Qingyan Ancient Town which was established in 1378 by Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang, the first emperor of the Ming dynasty (1368–1644). At first Qingyan was a post station, an important link on the ancient post route from Guangxi to Guizhou. Government documents and military intelligence were sent to and from the station. Later, an army was based there and built up the settlement as a garrison. Today the town covers an area of 3 square kilometers. It retains much of its original layout and many of its ancient buildings, from the Qing (1644–1912) and even the Ming dynasty. Visitors can see well-preserved stone-slab lanes, archways, watchtowers and battlements. The town was originally built of stone. Fantastic stone walls still remain, with gates facing north, south, east and west. There were originally eight stone tablets outside the gates and three of these remain today, each with intricate sculptures. Many other historical relics survive. Among its 37 tourist attractions are 9 temples, 8 shrines, 5 pavilions, 3 caves, 2 ancestral halls, 1 palace and 1 academy. There are also 3 ancient archways. Most of these ancient buildings are exquisitely carved with terrapins, dragons and other traditional Chinese patterns. Less exquisite but still of interest are the remains of a catholic and a protestant church. The protestant church is still in use.

    Huangguoshu Waterfall. The tour end.

    Huangguoshu Water Falls

    After breakfast, drive about 2 hours to Anshun for today’s trip to Huangguoshu Waterfall, which is the largest waterfall in Asia with 74 meters high and 81 meters wide. You will appreciate different views of the waterfall, especially go behind the waterfall and see how water starts dropping and touch the waterfall. After lunch, you will visit the Tunbao Village in Tianlong. The culture of Tunbao (Tun Bu) is unique and traditional, such as the special traditional clothes, which are designed respectively from head to foot, and Di Xi, a kind of drama that performers should wear masks and hold the stage property for performing. After Tunbao Village, We will drive back to Guiyang city around 18:00pm. After the tour, we will drop off you at your Guiyang hotel.
