Experience a full day along Gipuzkoa’s western coast on a tour from San Sebastian, combining viewpoints, seafaring towns, and cinematic landscapes.
Start with views from Talai Mendi, then visit Zarautz, with its elegant promenade and Atlantic vibe, before continuing to Getaria, the hometown of Cristobal Balenciaga, where the harbour, Calle Mayor, and grill-fish tradition tell the story of local whalers and sea culture.
The journey ends in Zumaia, facing Itzurun Beach and the iconic flysch cliffs, with the Hermitage of San Telmo, featured in “Ocho apellidos vascos”, offering a cinematic finale.

Meeting and pickup
We can pick you up at any hotel/apartment of your convenience in San Sebastian, if option selected. The Minibus bilingual tour option (scheduled for Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays) does not offer hotel pick up.
Only applies for "Minibus Bilingual Tour" option. Meeting point: San Sebastian Bus Sation, at the main gate of the indoor cafeteria, next to the escalator. (There is only one cafeteria and one escalator.)

At the beginning of the tour, we pass through Orio, a well-known village famous for its rowing team, one of the best in the region. On competition days, locals show their support by hanging yellow flags from the balconies. We may also spot pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago, as our route follows part of their journey.

Visit to Itzurun Beach in Zumaia, home to the stunning Flysch cliffs, a unique geological formation. This breathtaking location was also featured as Dragonstone in Game of Thrones! Enjoy the spectacular coastal views and admire the San Telmo small chapel perched on top of the cliffs.
