After a scenic drive, you’ll reach La Rioja, where walled villages and vine-covered hills reveal the terroir.
We’ll visit a mid-sized winery to learn how grapes are transformed into great wines, from vineyard to barrel. The experience includes a guided wine tasting featuring D.O.Ca. Rioja selections, helping identify aromatic profiles, styles, and ideal pairings. It continues with a four-course Riojan lunch: blood sausage, piquillo peppers and guindillas, Riojan beans, potatoes with chorizo, wood-fired lamb chops with salad, and Goxua for dessert, served in a traditional restaurant with seasonal dishes and paired wines.
