Begin with visits to family-run wineries, stroll through vineyards, and learn about the Rioja terroir, harvest rhythms, and winemaking from grape selection to barrel aging. Enjoy guided tastings to discover aromas of red fruit, vanilla, and spice.
Continue with a four-course Riojan lunch plus dessert (blood sausage, piquillo peppers and guindillas, beans and potatoes a la riojana, wood-fired lamb chops with salad, and Goxua) paired with local DOCa wines, while your guide shares stories of stone wine presses, underground cellars, and local traditions.

We’ll explore the heart of the Rioja region, including the charming town of Laguardia—often called “the wine capital.” Steeped in history, Laguardia has preserved its original medieval character, with narrow cobbled streets, stone walls, and a timeless atmosphere that transports visitors back in time. Our visit continues with a guided tour and wine tasting at a local winery, where you’ll learn about Rioja’s winemaking traditions.
