First, you will be taken by a guide to a local market and learn how to choose fresh ingredients from the local market.

Next, You will be guided directly by the local chef with local food,

Chefs will give specific instructions on cooking techniques that can be easily done at home.

You will be introduced by the local guide in the history of Vietnamese cuisine.

In this activyty, you will be able to visit the coconut forest by basket boat and hear historical stories about this place . Remember to bring yourseft a camera or smart phone to save a great picture.

What to expect

Located 5km from Hoi An Old Town, Cam Thanh is a village of 30ha nipa palm forest. In here, you will be guide to take you to the local market and to make some local food at cooking class. Or join our lantern making class, decorate it by yourself, and take it home as a souvernir. And one more thing is very interesting that taking a bamboo basket boat while learning traditional fishing techniques in coconut forest.
It's not only a half-day tour but also a chance for you to explore the natural of coconut forest anf learn more about local people daily life in Central Viet Nam.
