During this activity, you'll join an exclusive small-group cooking class at a real Tuscan trattoria in Florence. Begin with a visit to the authentic Sant'Ambrogio food market (included in the 9 AM session) to select fresh, local ingredients. Guided by a professional chef, you'll learn to make tagliatelle, ravioli, and tiramisu from scratch.

Start with preparing traditional sauces, then knead and shape your pasta dough. You'll also create a perfect tiramisu, mastering the art of this iconic dessert. Enjoy a taste of Tuscan appetizers while listening to the chef's stories about Italian culinary traditions.
