Meeting and pickup
* The meeting point at the Punta Langosta terminal is set in the lighthouse in front of the port, in the vicinity of Starbucks.
* At SSA Mexico or Puerta Maya, the meeting point is located in the Plaza Royal Village, specifically in the Martí sports store.
* For hotels and Airbnb, the meeting point is defined on the outside of the property.
* For passengers arriving from Playa del Carmen by ferry, the meeting point is at the monument of Las Golondrinas, visible on the left as they leave the quay.

They are part of an ejido park administered by the local authorities, who are fully responsible for its cleaning, maintenance, and overall upkeep. Our company only provides the tour service and pays the required fees to operate at this location.
