After completing a quick check-in process (approximately 5 minutes), your adventure will begin directly from the designated cruise ship pier in Cozumel. You will drive your own 4x4 RZR, following your tour guide along the route to Jade Cenote, located in the historic village of El Cedral. During the journey, your guide will lead the group, provide important instructions, and ensure everyone follows the designated route safely. Upon arrival at Jade Cenote, you will begin the next part of your experience, discovering this beautiful natural attraction with the assistance of your guide.

Upon arriving at the village of El Cedral, we will begin an exciting off-road adventure through designated trails leading to Jade Cavern. Once there, you will spend approximately 30 minutes exploring this fascinating natural attraction. Your tour guide will share interesting stories, historical information, and details about the cavern and its surroundings. You will also have free time to admire the natural beauty of the area and, if you wish, enjoy a refreshing swim in its waters.

After visiting Jade Cavern, we will drive directly to Chulas Beach Club, located along Cozumel’s beautiful southeastern coastal road. Your tour includes full access to the beach club facilities, including restrooms, snorkeling, available water sports and aquatic activities (subject to availability), beach umbrellas, comfortable lounge chairs, and swimming pool access. - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, and no cancellations or refunds will be accepted after this period.
- All tour schedules and departure times are based on Cozumel local time. Please make sure to check the time difference with your cruise ship's time (ship time), as it may differ from local time. Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time.
- Any reservation marked as a "No-Show" due to failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time will be considered forfeited. No refunds, reimbursements, or compensation will be issued under any circumstances.
