A representative from Shikhar Adventure will pick you up from the meeting point and we will prepare you with information and gear for your trek.

Once you land at Kathmandu Airport, sitting at around 1,400 meters, you will be greeted with a beautiful smile by one of our friendly staff. We do the airport transfer and take you to your hotel where you are going to rest upon your arrival. Ancient temples, bustling streets, and historic places await your arrival.

After breakfast in Pokhara, you will embark on a drive to Birethanti, a small town near the Annapurna region. From there, your trekking adventure begins as you hike uphill towards Ulleri. This portion of the trek involves passing through picturesque villages, terraced fields, and lush forests.
Today, you will continue your trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani. The trail will take you through beautiful rhododendron forests, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Ghorepani is a popular resting point for trekkers and provides stunning sunrise views over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.
Rise early for a memorable sunrise hike to Poonhill, at 3,210 meters. Witness breathtaking views as the sun illuminates the snowy peaks of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri, creating a golden glow that you'll never forget. After enjoying the view, we descend for breakfast in Ghorepani before trekking to Tadapani at 2,630 meters. The trail winds through a dense oak and rhododendron forest, offering glimpses of the majestic mountains. Tadapani, a quaint spot nestled in nature, is the perfect place to relax after an incredible day.
Poonhill sits at 3,210 meters and offers stunning sunrise views. Trekking here rewards you with breathtaking sights of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. As the sun rises, it paints the snowy peaks in golden light. The trail winds through beautiful rhododendron and oak forests, making it a favorite for trekkers. This iconic viewpoint is a visual treat and an unforgettable experience that captures the true spirit of the Himalayas.
Today's trek takes you from Chule to Sinuwa. As you ascend, you will pass through dense forests and enjoy panoramic views of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) mountains. Sinuwa is a small village nestled in the hills, providing a tranquil setting for a night's rest.
From Sinuwa, you will trek to Deurali. This portion of the trail takes you through bamboo forests, rocky terrains, and scenic river valleys. The higher elevation brings you closer to the majestic peaks of the Annapurna massif, creating a sense of awe and wonder.
Today is a significant day as you trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC). This is the highlight of the trek, as you reach the base camp located at an altitude of about 4,130 meters (13,550 feet). The trail offers stunning views of the surrounding snow-capped peaks, including Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Gangapurna.
After a night at stunning Annapurna Base Camp, we return along the same trail to Sinuwa, at 2,340 meters. The descent offers new views of varied landscapes. While the uphill trek was challenging, walking down is easier on the legs and allows you to soak in fantastic mountain scenery. As you pass through bamboo forests and cross suspension bridges over rushing rivers, you’ll notice the land shift from rocky snow to lush green. Each turn reveals more breathtaking peaks, making the return just as enjoyable as the ascent. At Sinuwa, local teahouses warmly welcome you, and you can rest for the night in this peaceful village surrounded by nature. Despite some challenges, this trek offers a perfect balance of sightseeing and relaxation.
Jhinu Dada, nestled in the Annapurna region, is famous for its natural hot springs. Located at an altitude of about 1,780 meters, it offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The trek to Jhinu Dada takes you through lush forests and terraced fields, making it a favorite stop for trekkers. Visitors can relax in the warm waters, soothing their muscles after a long trek. The village provides a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beauty of nature.
