We're a local Nepal-based operator—not a reseller. Your guide is Nepali, experienced, and knows these mountains intimately. This is a private trek with no fixed group, so we adjust the pace to suit you. Two acclimatization days are built in because safety matters more than speed. The teahouses and porters we work with are people we've known for years. You're walking with someone from Nepal who understands the terrain, culture, and how to keep you safe—not a distant company sending you on a tour.
We pick you up from Tribhuvan International Airport—look for your name on a sign at arrivals. Already in Kathmandu? We'll collect you from your hotel or any location in the valley. Just share your details when you book.
At the Airport: Exit through arrivals and look for our representative holding a sign with your name. At Your Hotel: We'll meet you in the lobby at the agreed time. Day Before Trek: Your guide will visit your hotel for a gear check and trek briefing—usually in the evening.
Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. Take this day to rest after your journey and prepare for the adventure ahead. Your trek leader will brief you about the upcoming journey and conduct a gear check to ensure you're fully prepared. Highlights: Airport transfer, hotel check-in, trek briefing, Thamel exploration
