Your guide will ease your experience by managing the sometimes busy ordering process. Try a combination of bar-top and kitchen-prepared pintxos. Your guide will know the specialties in every location, what might be "fuera de carta," and what ingredients are in season. Pair every pintxo with wine, cider, beer, vermouth, and/or a soft drink.
