Hotel Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Complimentary from most hotels in central Panama City. Playa Bonita Guests: Pick-up/drop-off is not available. Instead, please meet us in Plaza de la Independencia, by the Panama Canal Museum in Casco Viejo — the historic heart of the city and the perfect place to start your adventure. It’s a short taxi/Uber ride from Playa Bonita. Cruise Ship Guests: Pick-up/drop-off is available at the Panama City Cruise Ship Terminal. Please note the port authorities charge approximately USD 10 per person each way, payable directly at the terminal. Our team will assist you with this simple process. Airport / Costa del Este / Santa Maria Guests: Pick-up/drop-off is not available from Tocumen International Airport, Costa del Este, or Santa Maria. Please take a taxi or Uber into the city to our meeting point at the Sortis Hotel in Obarrio, which is centrally located and the ideal starting spot for your tour.
