Pickup details:

For all our clients staying outside the city center—such as Santa María, Costa del Este, Westin Playa Bonita, or Dreams—you will need to meet us at any hotel within the city center (for example, the Hilton on Balboa Avenue) at 6:45 am, 11:30 am, or 1:45 pm. Alternatively, we can arrange to pick you up directly at your location; however, we charge an additional fee of US $20 to cover round-trip transportation for your party (2–14 people). Return Point: You will return to the original starting location. No transfer service is available for hotels near Tocumen International Airport. No round-trip transfer is available for 1 person staying at Dreams or Westin Playa Bonita. You will need to take a taxi and meet us at the Starbucks café in Albrook Mall.
