If you reach us on foot or by car, continue along via Santeramo in Colle (not via Mura Megalitiche) and turn towards the dirt road, next to the car dealer. Instead, if you reach us with the camper, you can rely on the directions on Google Maps or call us in advance.

Let yourself be captivated by a real journey through time to discover the world of Perniola extra virgin olive oil, a family business with 60 years of history spanning three different generations. With this tour you will discover the history of the mill between tradition and innovation and the entire production process that transforms a simple olive into the famous green gold. You will be guided through each phase that characterizes the birth of a quality extra virgin olive oil and you will appreciate every nuance. Subsequently, the Sommelier of the oil will accompany you in a tasting of Perniola oils to introduce you to their organoleptic properties, tasting techniques and food pairing suggestions. To relive the experience at home too, you will receive a 100 ml bottle of extra virgin olive oil to take with you. At the end of the visit, you will be delighted with a 100% Apulian aperitif with delicacies from the area that will combine perfectly with the oil tasting!
