Think of it as a night out with a local friend - the one who actually knows the scene, knows the bars, knows the crowd, and definitely knows where the fun is. You’ll explore the Castro through the eyes of a local guide who’s been part of the nightlife scene for years, with insider tips on what happens where, which places are best at what time, and where you’ll want to make your grand entrance.
We’ll hop between a few bars depending on the time of night and what the group is in the mood for, so the experience stays flexible, social, and full of good surprises.
Required: Bring a valid ID proving you’re of legal drinking age - you’ll need it to get into the bars.

Meeting and pickup
Depending on the day, meeting at either The Detour or Hitops which are right across from each other. Instructions will be communicated prior to the start of the crawl. Enter the bar and look for your tour guide on one of the tables.
The tour will end somewhere in this vicinity.

We will be gathering here or Hitops for a welcome drink of cider and small bites courtesy of the tour guide. Guests may go ahead and order their dinner from a full menu and their choice of drink from the full bar (not included). There are plenty of coin operated games and board games available for entertainment.
