What's Included
Meeting and pickup
AFTER YOU CLAIM YOUR BAGGAGE AND CLEAR CUSTOMS (if necessary) locate the ‘Prearranged Transportation’ desk at DOOR "A" and register with the attendant. MAKE SURE THE ATTENDANT KNOWS THAT YOU ARE BEING PICKED UP BY WHEEL NIAGARA!! The attendant will summon your driver, who is waiting for you in the parking pool area. The driver will proceed to the pick-up location to meet you. (This will take approx. 10 minutes).
This is a ONE-WAY Private Ground Transfer from Toronto International Airport to destinations in Niagara Falls, Canada (Hotels, Motels, Airbnb, B&B and private residences)
What to expect
Our only customer on each trip is you! We provide direct, non-stop ground transportation. We use toll roads where possible (included in the price).
**NOTE!!! To properly schedule a pick-up/drop-off, we require a complete pick-up and drop-off address, a cell phone contact number AND an email address for the LEAD TRAVELLER.
*Once you have booked with Wheelz Niagara, a booking confirmation and a detailed set of instructions TO ASSIST YOU IN FINDING YOUR DRIVER/VEHICLE will be emailed to you. These instructions will help you navigate your way through the airport to the designated waiting/pickup area.

Spot your vehicle quickly and easily. One of our silver vehicles logoed "Wheelz Niagara", in black and orange, will be waiting at your pre-arranged pick-up location as scheduled. WE ARE ALWAYS ON TIME!! Please be ready to depart!!
Our vehicles are fully Licensed, Insured and smoke-free. They are professionally maintained inside and out.

- Service animals allowed
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- A maximum of 14 people per booking. More than 14 will require multiple vehicles.

- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
