2Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
You then walk through charming cobbled streets to the Pantheon. From the outside, your guide will show you the impressive façade, massive columns, and ancient inscription on the front. You’ll learn how this building started as a Roman temple and later became a church, and why its dome is considered one of the greatest engineering achievements of the ancient world – all while admiring the monument from the square in front.

Next, you continue to Piazza Navona, a beautiful baroque square built on the site of an ancient Roman stadium.
