Take a relaxing morning boat tour through the Venetian Lagoon, departing from St. Mark’s at 10:45 AM. The excursion visits two famous islands: Murano and Burano.
In Murano, known for its centuries-old glassmaking tradition, you’ll watch a live glassblowing demonstration in a historic furnace and have free time to explore local galleries, cafés, and quiet streets.
The tour then continues to colorful Burano, famous for its brightly painted houses and handmade lace. You can stroll along the canals, browse lace shops, enjoy local seafood, and try traditional Bussolà cookies.
After exploring both islands, the boat returns to central Venice, ending a half-day experience filled with culture, scenery, and local traditions.
