Pickup is included for hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter (Hoan Kiem District) within a 1 km radius of Hoan Kiem Lake. Please wait in the hotel lobby between 6:00–6:30 am; our driver/guide will meet you at the entrance and confirm your name.
If your hotel is outside this area, please make your own way to the meeting point at 54 Hang Tre Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi by 6:15 am.
