Meeting and pickup
Please arrive at Hanoi Opera House at least 10 minutes before departure time. Our driver will be waiting for you at the main entrance.
Drop-off at Tuan Chau Marina (Tuan Chau Island, Ha Long, Quang Ninh). This is the main departure point for most Halong and Lan Ha Bay cruises. Our driver will drop you off at the cruise check-in area or your designated cruise terminal. Please ensure you have your cruise booking details ready upon arrival.
What to expect
On the day of travel, our driver will pick you up directly from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or city center. The driver will be waiting at the lobby or main entrance, holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
You will then travel comfortably by private air-conditioned vehicle via the Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway. The journey takes approximately 2.5–3 hours, depending on traffic conditions. A short rest stop can be arranged upon request.
During the trip, you can relax, enjoy the scenery, or request flexible stops if needed.
Upon arrival in Ha Long, our driver will drop you off at your selected location, including Tuan Chau Marina, Ha Long International Cruise Port, or your hotel in Bai Chay area. The driver will assist you at the drop-off point to ensure a smooth arrival.
