We offer hotel pickup and drop-off in Hanoi Old Quarter area. Pickup time is usually between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM, depending on the hotel location and traffic conditions. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time.

For hotels outside Hanoi Old Quarter, please contact us in advance. A surcharge may apply depending on the pickup location, or we will advise the nearest meeting point.

Please meet your guide at the main entrance of the Hanoi Opera House. Our guide will be waiting there with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name and will be wearing a company uniform or a blue shirt for easy recognition. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
