Why come and cook with me? Because you will learn traditional dishes in an authentic Sicilian cuisine with an authentic Sicilian cook/mother. I live in a house with a flowery garden in Bagheria, which is not far from Palermo. If you want to relax, learn and have fun this is the experience for you.

What to expect
What are you waiting for to book? Want to enjoy good, authentic food made with your own hands? This is the right experience for you! We will prepare three traditional Sicilian dishes, using only seasonal products. We will prepare fresh pasta with fresh tomato and basil, my grandmother's meatballs and for dessert a delicious seasonal fruit jelly. We can prepare vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and for anyone with food allergy problems. Everything will be in an atmosphere of serenity, joy and good humor.

- It is an excellent experience for families because the children will be involved in all phases of preparing the recipes. Children love kneading and cooking
- My kitchen is open to anyone who wants to experience and immerse themselves in the Sicilian culinary culture rich in contaminations of the various peoples who have lived there. I will explain the dishes you will cook and tell you their history and origin.
