What's unique about this experience is that by learning the differences between the various ramen (noodles, broth, etc.) across Japan, you can also use it as a ramen guide when traveling around Japan. Japanese people are particular about everything and turn it into a unique Japanese food culture. While making ramen and gyoza together, you can learn about the diversity of the culture.
This time, we will make miso ramen with broth made from "kelp" and "chicken" or "scallops," which are the basic ingredients of Japanese broth.
For vegans, we will make miso ramen with broth made from "kelp" and "vegetables."
In addition, the Japanese-style house will allow various travel groups, from groups of adults to families with children, to enjoy themselves in a relaxed atmosphere.
