Meeting and pickup
Picking up travellers is simple and organised. After disembarking, guests are greeted directly in the arrivals area by identifiable personnel with a name sign. The meeting point is easily reached on foot from the cruise terminal. Once the group is assembled, the passengers are escorted to the reserved vehicle, located in the authorized parking areas not far away. The service is coordinated according to the ship's docking times, ensuring punctuality and assistance. If necessary, support and information about the day's program are provided.
The meeting point with travelers who do not require pickup, will be established at Corso Umberto Taormina, Porta Messina side, where a member of assigned staff, will meet customers.
