We rely strictly on the scheduled arrival time provided in your booking.
In case of any delays or changes, please notify us in advance so we can adjust the pickup time accordingly.
Without communication or confirmation from you, we cannot independently reschedule or modify the pickup time.
Any waiting time beyond the included 1 hour will be charged additionally.
