2 Departure Transfer Procedure
The driver details and pickup time are shared with the guest well in advance.
On the day of departure, the driver will arrive at the hotel and contact the guest via WhatsApp, hotel lobby, or a phone call.
The driver will assist with luggage handling and ensure it is safely loaded into the vehicle.
Before departure, the driver will reconfirm the guest's flight time and terminal.
The guest will then be dropped off at the appropriate terminal of the airport on time.
