What You'll Do:
Under expert guidance, you'll master the art of crafting rich, creamy Italian gelato from scratch, using fresh, seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques – no artificial additives here! You'll also learn to prepare "biscotti di Prato" (cantucci), the crunchy, flavorful almond biscuits perfect for dipping or Classic Italian cookies. The class focuses on creating two different gelato flavors and one type of biscuit, with options varying based on seasonal availability (e.g., Classic Vanilla Gelato, Chocolate Gelato, Fruit Sorbetto, Classic Almond Cantucci, Chocolate Orange Cookies).
