Meeting and pickup
Pickup time: we'll message you on WhatsApp the day before the tour with your exact pickup time. Pickup is between 08:00 and 09:00 from your hotel in Bishkek.
How pickup works: the tour heads north-east towards Burana, so we usually start picking up guests in the west and south of Bishkek and finish in the north-east. Hotels in the west and south are usually picked up closer to 08:00, hotels in the north-east closer to 09:00. Need time for breakfast? Many hotels can pack breakfast to go.
We offer complimentary hotel pickup for guests staying in central Bishkek (within 5 km of Ala-Too Square). Please provide your hotel name and WhatsApp number when booking.
