Pickup from Playa del Carmen is only available for the morning schedule.
If your hotel is located outside our pickup area, a central meeting point will be recommended during reconfirmation.
If your hotel is not listed, please leave us a note with the name of your hotel so we can arrange the closest pickup location and time. If your hotel or vacation rental is outside the pickup area, you will be asked to go to the nearest meeting point.
Please check the list of hotels on the checkout page to confirm if your hotel is included among the available pickup locations.
Pickup usually occurs up to 100 minutes before the activity start time, depending on traffic and distance from the park.

1Mayan Jungle Rush
Begin with pickup at your hotel in Cancun or the Riviera Maya, then travel to Mayan Jungle Rush, where your experience begins in a jungle setting. Start by soaring through the trees on a series of ziplines, then cross hanging bridges that challenge your balance while offering a unique view of the forest canopy. Return to the ground and trade your zipline harness for an ATV, then follow a guide down rugged jungle trails, bumping over rocks and roots surrounded by thick forest. Finish the day Yucatan style by cooling off in a cenote: you can zipline, cliff-jump, or take the stairs into the underground pool, which is part of a massive limestone cave system carved by freshwater. Return to base (photos of the day are available for purchase), then make the return trip to Cancun and the Riviera Maya, where this tour concludes.
