Florence, Italy

2 hours 30 minutes (approximately)
Offered in: English

We begin our experience the Italian way — by eating together first!
A slice of warm Tuscan focaccia glass of Wine, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, opens the day with smiles, aromas, and that feeling of being home.

In the heart of Florence, our family of chefs welcomes you with love and joy. We are professional chefs, but above all, we teach with patience, care, and play, helping every child and parent feel safe, happy, and inspired.

After our first bites, we roll up our sleeves and make fresh handmade pasta — silky pappardelle and sweet ricotta and pear ravioli, shaped for little hands and big hearts. We’ll also prepare a soft, creamy tiramisu, layered with love and laughter.

Finally, we gather again around the table — wine for parents, fresh juice for children, and stories shared like family. For the little ones, this will be an unforgettable childhood memory; for parents, a reminder that joy, love, and simplicity are the true flavors of life.

What to expect

Here, families cook together as if we had always known each other.
Parents and children share the same wooden table, their hands gently dusted with flour, learning side by side how to create real fresh pasta by hand.
We knead the dough, roll it thin, and cut it into long, silky pappardelle, just like the ones our grandmothers made in Tuscany.

Then comes the children’s favorite moment — making sweet ravioli, filled with creamy ricotta and pear or other seasonal fruits, shaped like animals, hearts, or little stars. Every pasta is a smile, every shape a small story.

While the pasta rests, we prepare our traditional tiramisù, made entirely by hand — creamy, soft, and filled with the sweetness of shared moments.

Finally, we sit together around the table, like one big family. Parents enjoy a glass of Tuscan wine, while the children sip their fresh fruit juices, proud of their creations. Laughter fills the air, stories are shared, and strangers become friends.

Because this experience is not only about food — it’s about feeling good together, discovering the joy of simplicity, and bringing home a piece of Florence in your heart.
