Arrivals from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY)
When you land at MSY, your chauffeur will send you a text message with meeting location details and vehicle information. Drivers are scheduled to arrive in sync with your flight’s landing time and include a 45-minute complimentary grace period for domestic arrivals to allow for baggage collection. Please note that transfers are provided directly to your destination—no intermediate stops are permitted.

Chauffeurs are dispatched one hour after the posted flight arrival time.
Customs processing at MSY can occasionally take up to four hours.

Once you’ve cleared Customs, please contact your chauffeur immediately to confirm pickup.
Departures to MSY Airport
For transfers departing from your hotel, residence, or vacation rental, please be prepared and ready to meet your chauffeur at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Be sure to indicate your preferred pickup time in the “Special Instructions” section during booking.
If no time is specified, a pickup will automatically be arranged 2.5 hours before your flight’s departure.
Your chauffeur will arrive punctually, assist with your luggage, and provide a direct drop-off at the terminal entrance for a seamless departure.
Pickups from the Port of New Orleans (Cruise Terminal)
For guests disembarking from a cruise, your chauffeur will meet you at the designated ground transportation area. Because the port lacks an on-site waiting area, chauffeurs must remain on standby approximately a quarter mile away and can only enter the terminal area once your party is ready and waiting outside the exit doors.
To ensure a smooth experience:
Include your scheduled disembarkation time when reserving your transfer.
Text or call dispatch as soon as your group begins exiting the terminal.
Once connected, your chauffeur will assist with your luggage and transport you safely and efficiently to your chosen destination—whether that’s your hotel, the airport, or another local address.
