Meeting and Collection For arrivals at Punta Cana Airport: Terminal A: After picking up your luggage, proceed to the main exit. You will see a stand marked with a large sign that says "Tour Operator". There, our representative or driver will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name. Terminal B: After picking up your luggage, proceed to the main exit. A few meters away you will find a cafe called "El Refugio". Our representative or driver will be waiting for you at that point with a name sign. For hotel or condo pickups: Driver identification: Our driver will carry a sign with your name so you can easily identify it at pickup. Punctuality: Please make sure you are ready in the hotel lobby or at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time to avoid delays. Communication: We recommend keeping your phone powered up and running in case you need to coordinate additional details. You can contact us for any queries or adjustments to the service. Notice at reception: We suggest you inform the hotel reception that a private transport will pick you up. This can facilitate the process, especially if you require assistance with your luggage. Where do you move travelers? We offer transfers from Punta Cana International Airport to any hotel, condo or villa in the Punta Cana region of Bavaria. We also carry out transfers from these points to the airport or other locations as requested. Transportation Details: Type of vehicle: Our fleet includes modern, comfortable and air-conditioned vehicles, such as minivans, SUVs and sedans, selected according to the size of your group. Capacity: We have suitable vehicles for single travelers, couples, families or large groups. Luggage: Sufficient space for standard luggage; for extra or bulky luggage, please advise us in advance to allocate the appropriate vehicle. Safety and comfort: Our vehicles are inspected regularly to ensure their safety, and drivers are experienced professionals in the tourist transport service.

2. Our team is available 24/7 to answer any questions or make last minute adjustments if necessary.
Pick up at the agreed point:
1. For airport arrivals: Identify your arrival terminal (Terminal A or B) and follow the detailed instructions to meet our representative or driver, who will be waiting for you with a sign with your name.
2. For hotel, villa or condo pickups: Our driver will arrive promptly at the lobby or the specified meeting point, identified with a name sign. If there are any inconveniences, you can contact us or the driver directly at the number provided.
Start of transfer:
1. The driver will assist you with your luggage and accompany you to the assigned vehicle, which will be clean, comfortable and equipped with air conditioning.
2. Before leaving, the driver will confirm the destination with you to ensure a smooth journey.
During the transfer:
1. Enjoy a safe and pleasant ride in our modern vehicles, driven by experienced professionals.
2. Our staff will be happy to answer questions about the area or provide you with local recommendations, if you wish.
Arrival at destination:
1. Upon arrival, the driver will help you unload your luggage and ensure that you have arrived at your destination in complete comfort and satisfaction.
2. Before saying goodbye, it will remind you of contact details in case you need additional services or return transfers.
After-service care:
After the service, our team can contact you to ensure that the experience has met your expectations and receive your feedback.
