This experience takes place at Tierra Seca Mezcalería in Roma Norte, Mexico City. Guests must arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time. No pickup is included. Upon arrival, our host will welcome you inside and guide you to the tasting area.
What to expect
During this immersive experience, you will taste six different artisanal mezcals from Oaxaca, each produced from a unique agave variety. Your host will guide you through the history, culture, and traditional production methods behind mezcal while teaching you the proper way to taste and appreciate it.
Throughout the experience, you will learn how mezcal is made—from harvesting agave and cooking the piñas in underground ovens to fermentation and distillation. Visual content and storytelling will help bring the landscapes and traditions of Oaxaca to life.
