What to expect

We offer you two types of Japanese cultural experiences.
The first is a shopping experience in a shopping districta at Yokohama.
Nearly 130 specialty stores line the more than 300-meter covered street.

A fishmonger sells fresh fish from all over Japan.
A grocery store selling sweet and tasty vegetables.
A butcher shop selling rare cuts of meat that are not sold in supermarkets.

Even Japanese are excited to visit this place, so if you are a overseas traveler, it will surely be an unforgettable and precious experience.

Second, you can make Japanese food using the ingredients you bought.
The kitchen studio with authentic equipment is clean, bright, and easy to cook in.

Sushi rolls are filled with seafood, egg rolls, and vegetables and rolled with nori seaweed and rice.It would be interesting to make rolls with ingredients you usually eat.

We make karaage(Japanese fried chicken), a favorite side dish of the Japanese, a favorite of overseas.
