Experience a local family winery in Douro, where one of our family members will give you a guided tour around our property, including a visit to our winery 150 years old winery, where we make around 3500 bottles per year, and explain to you the vinification process for white, rose, red and port wines as a small producer in the Douro Region.
In this experience you will get to try some of our wines, including 1 white wine, 1 red wine, 1 tawny port and 1 white port.

Meet at the reception of Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro at the scheduled time for the wine tasting.
What to expect
This experience will begin with a guided tour of the century-old property, where you will be accompanied by one of our family members who will give you a brief historical contextualization about Quinta Barqueiros D’Ouro, as well as the basics of viticulture, covering the peculiar characteristics of the Douro region.
Traveling back in time, you will be escorted to the winery, with a history dating back 150 years, and given a full explanation of the entire winemaking process, covering the production of white, red, rosé, and Port wines.
At the end of the visit, there will be a 4 wine tasting organized around a table in the heart of the winery. This wine-tasting experience is an exceptional opportunity to explore the diversity and quality of the region's wines, which will provide a memorable enrichment where each wine becomes a link to Quinta Barqueiros D’Ouro’s rich winemaking tradition.
