This workshop can only be realized here in Morocco. Because this restaurant is the only restaurant in Morocco with a Japanese sushi chef. And this Chef Shoki hopes to introduce authentic sushi culture to as many people as possible.

Our activity is very special because this type of restaurant is the only one in Morocco. Our restaurant concept is "Real Japanese" so we can teach real authentic sushi making way!

What to expect

We hold a workshop on how to make authentic Japanese Sushi by a Japanese chef in our restaurant "Sushi IKI Fes". You can learn how to make sushi vinegared rice, Sushi roll, and also Nigiri sushi. First, our sushi chef Shoki teaches you everything. Second, you can make your own sushi bento yourself for your meal.
