The Pedicab is generally present in the Old port district on fore street and through out commercial street
Any location in the downtown area of Portland. Excluding Monjoy hill and points beyond Hadlock field, Dearing Oaks park and Libbytown. Excluded areas are subject to a 50% gratuity fee.
