Accompanied by our local guides, you are able to immerse yourself in Hue local cuisines with five must-to-try local restaurants including Hue royal cakes, Hue pancakes, Hue noodle soup with beef, Hue Grilled Pork With Lemongrass Skewers, and Hue sweet dessert.
We will pick up all the guests at the hotel in Hue City Center
6:00 PM: Pick you up at the hotel in Hue City Center and introduce the Hue Street Food Tour itinerary. 6:15 PM: Our first stop is “ Bèo, Nậm, Lộc" cakes which are Hue royal cakes. There, you will be surprised by the way local people prepare these cakes with just the same ingredients but different tastes. 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM: We continue to take you through a small alley to go enjoy Hue mini pancake - “ Khọt cake". In the first place, you may feel curious about the name and the recipe of this cake. Do not worry as our local guides will be willing to answer all your wonders as well as introduce you how to enjoy the food like the locals. 7:45 PM - 8:30 PM: We will take you to enjoy the grilled pork with lemongrass skewers at a local restaurant. It may be a long way from the previous stop to this one, however, we would like you to experience not only the food but also the sightseeing of Hue city at night.
8:30 PM - 9:00 PM : Our next stop will be Hue vermicelli noodle soup with beef. ‘Bun bo Hue’ may seem too familiar to you since it is one of the must-try dishes for any international tourist. However, Hue is renowned for the origin of that dish and its impeccable taste, so we cannot wait to let you enjoy it. 9:30 PM- 10:00 PM: Our final destination of the food tour in hue is a sweet dessert which is called “ Chè" in Vietnamese. There, you can cool down in the hot weather by eating a sweet dessert served with a mix of ingredients and flavors such as red beans, mung beans, lotus seeds, coconut milk, etc.
