※the location is about a 20-minute walk to both Ueno Park and Sensoji Temple.
These spots are great for a peaceful morning stroll before the crowds arrive.
(Please note: no guide will accompany you after “Radio Taiso”).
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Exit from Exit 1 of Iriya Station (Hibiya Line), and you’ll see a flower shop'HANAUTA'. Our staff with a 'Radio Taiso' banner will be waiting in front of this shop. We leave at 6:10 AM, so please arrive by then. If you are late, you won’t be able to join. Thank you for your understanding!

“Radio Taiso” is a classic Japanese morning exercise routine that promotes health and wellness — and it’s something every Japanese person grew up with.
As soon as the familiar music starts playing, people instinctively start moving to the rhythm.
Join the locals and take part in this uniquely Japanese tradition. It’s a fun and energizing way to connect with the community and start your day the Japanese way!
Schedule
6:00 AM – Meet at Exit 1 of Iriya Station (Hibiya Line)
Please meet in the small square right in front of Exit 1 of Iriya Station.
Meet the guide with the “Radio Taiso” banner.
We’ll check everyone in and get ready to go!
Please note that we will depart if you are late at 6:10.
6:10 AM – Head to the park※The location may change depending on the day.
※On the way there, we’ll share some tips and things to know about joining Radio Taiso.
6:25 AM – Arrive at the park and join the locals
6:40 AM – “Radio Taiso ” finishes／Tour ends
The event will be canceled in case of rain.
If it is canceled, we will notify you by 11:00 p.m. the day before.
