What to expect

After booking confirmation, your driver will meet the traveler at their hotel or train station in the Lucerne area at the specified date and time. Luggage assistance is provided, and a direct transfer to the destination is made in a comfortable vehicle.

Hotel-Train Station transfers are scheduled to coincide with train times, and the traveler is dropped off at the nearest point to the station.

For round-trip transfers to Mount Pilatus, the traveler is picked up from their hotel or station and taken to the Kriens or Alpnachstad exit point; after the visit, they are picked up again at a pre-arranged time and dropped off back at the hotel or station.

Throughout the entire service, timely, safe, and comfortable transportation is ensured.
