During this fantastic experience full of incredible panoramas and breathtaking views, you will get to know the various aspects of ETNA up close, the largest active volcano in Europe and a UNESCO heritage site. The guide will tell the story of the volcano, its birth and evolution over time, you will discover the geological and naturalistic aspects that characterize it such as the lava tunnels, the caves and the endemisms of the Etna Park. Finally, a food and wine tasting will take place at a local farm to learn about the best agricultural products that the Etna area can offer.

What to expect

Excursion along a path in the Etna Park which will take you to admire the volcano and the famous Valle del Bove, reaching a maximum altitude of around 2150 meters above sea level. During the excursion we will stop at a lava flow cave with helmets and torches. Finally, visit to a farm for a tasting of typical local products such as Etna honey and fine local wines.
