Day 1
Fez - Ifrane - Azrou - Midelt - Erfoud - Merzouga

Merzouga Desert
We will pick you up from your Riad or hotel at around 7:30 am. The group desert excursion from Fez to Merzouga lasts about 8 hours, passing through towns such as Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco, and Azrou, an important Berber craft center. You will also cross cedar forests and see Atlas monkeys. We will continue our excursion into the desert passing through Midelt and Erfoud, an area known for its fossils and minerals, until we reach Merzouga, where the Erg Chebbi dunes await you for a memorable camel ride at sunset. The first day concludes with dinner under the stars in a desert camp.Upon reaching Merzouga, we will engage in one of the most significant activities of the desert tour, a camel ride through the beautiful dunes of Erg Chebbi. We will spend the night at a desert camp. You will indulge in a delicious Berber dinner and sleep in a traditional nomadic tent or under the stars.

Day 2
Merzouga - Rissani - Dades - Ouarzazate

Dades Valley Activities
On the second day, your journey begins after enjoying a delicious breakfast in Merzouga. You will head towards the day's destination, Ouarzazate, passing through the rugged Route of the Thousand Kasbahs, evoking sandcastle-like structures along this historic caravan route. This area has been the setting for numerous Hollywood films, including famous titles such as The Last Temptation of Christ, The Jewel of the Nile, and, most recently, Hideous Kinky. Ouarzazate and its surroundings offer a fascinating mix of natural beauty and cultural richness, with lush river valleys, palm groves, and traditional mud dwellings standing out vividly against the backdrop of the blue desert sky. During the journey, you will pause for a leisurely lunch, explore the stunning Todra Gorge on foot, and marvel at the dramatic landscapes of the Dadès Valley. In the late afternoon, you will reach today’s destination, where a delicious dinner awaits you, followed by a peaceful night’s rest.

Day 3
Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Atlas Mountains - Marrakech

We start the day by visiting the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and filming location for numerous films and series. Afterward, we will cross the High Atlas Mountains through the impressive Tizi n'Tichka Pass, arriving in Marrakech, where our desert excursion ends. This day is a perfect combination of history and spectacular natural landscapes.
