What to expect

Travellers will be notified of the assigned driver and exact pick-up details through the provided contact number or email prior to the service.

For pick-ups from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA Terminal 1 or Terminal 2) to the hotel, guests will be met at the Arrival Hall.

For pick-ups from the hotel to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA Terminal 1 or Terminal 2), guests will be collected from the hotel lobby.

Please note that KLIA is located approximately 60 km from Kuala Lumpur city centre. The average travel time is around 1 hour under normal traffic conditions; during peak periods, the journey may take up to 1 hour 30 minutes.
